(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –Two Sri Lankan women were arrested by the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) Customs for attempting to smuggle in 1.1 kilograms of gold jewelry from Singapore, this morning.
The suspects were identified as residents of Jaffna.
Further investigations are underway.
