The branch—located at No. 40, Canal Row, Colombo 01—contains self-service kiosks to automate the customer’s banking journey and ensure human interaction for a personalised and fluid customer experience. NDB will be the first bank in Sri Lanka to offer a comprehensive interactive digital platform connected to multiple devices; an efficient queue management system; paperless transaction processing and account opening; and the successful implementation of workers through Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
