(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –The Director General of Health Services confirmed 23 deaths caused by Covid-19 virus infection Tuesday from May 05 up to May 11.
The total number of deaths due to Covid-19 infection in Sri Lanka is 850 by now.
Among the deaths confirmed today are 8 females and 15 males. In most cases the cause of death is COVID-19 pneumonia.
