(LANKAPUVATH | COLOMBO) – For the first time in Sri Lanka a 31-year-old mother has given birth to sextuplets at a private hospital in Colombo today.
The babies – three girls and three boys were delivered via caesarean section under the direction of Obstetrician & Gynecologist Prof. Tiran Dias.
The 31-year-old-mother and six babies are said to be in good health.
