(LANKAPUVATH | COLOMBO) – Minister of Public Security Rear Admiral (Retd) Sarath Weerasekara has been infected with the COVID-19 coronavirus.
The Minister has been admitted to the Narahenpita Police Hospital for treatment after testing positive for the virus.
It is reported that Minister Weerasekara had undergone a PCR test after feeling ill and it has been confirmed this morning (20) that he was infected with the virus.
