(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) – The Uva Wellassa University was closed today until further notice due to the spread of Chicken pox, Vice Chancellor Dr. Jayantha Lal Ratnesekera said.
He added that twenty-seven hostellers who were infected with the decease were sent home immediately and the non academic activities were suspended.
