(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –The Crimes Investigation Department (CID) arrested former MP Anuruddha Polgampola, who is alleged to have been involved in misappropriating funds worth Rs. 8 million which was allocated for the construction of Northern Expressway.
The arrested was made after court issued a warrant against Anuruddha Polgampola citing that the MP evaded courts.
