Provincial Council Elections can hold without Delimitation Report

(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –The Election Commission on Monday (03) informed the Court of Appeal that the Provincial Council Elections can be held without waiting for the Delimitation Report if the Court issues an order.
