(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –The Attorney General (AG) on Thursday (06) informed the Acting Inspector General of Police (IGP) C. D. Wickramaratne that motorcycle riders wearing full-face helmets, could be arrested and prosecuted under Emergency Regulations.
