SLT ranked among “10 Most Admired Companies” of Sri Lanka

(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) has been recognisedamongst the ‘10 Most Admired Companies in 2020’ for its continuous efforts in empowering Sri Lankans, spanning over 162 years. The prestigious title is presented to SLT for being a role model to other organizations and entrepreneurs through their remarkable financial achievements and their valuable contribution to society.

The Most Admired Company Awards is an annual event hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka (ICCSL), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and Daily FT. The selection process includes a survey that requests the public to vote for the companies they admire. The companies are ranked upon a thorough evaluation conducted by an eminent panel of judges who asses the company in terms of financial performance as well as their impact on employees, customers, investors, and the community.
