(LANKAPUVATH | COLOMBO) – Minister of Wildlife and Forest Resources Conservation – Pavithra Wanniarachchi, has announced her support for Ranil Wickramasinghe at the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
In a statement she said that the decision was made following dialogue with supporters, scholars, social activists, and political allies.
She noted that she will remain a member of the SLPP, and will continue to support Wickremesinghe.
