World Bank provides $ 80 million to Sri Lanka for COVID-19 vaccine deployment

(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) – The Government of Sri Lanka and the World Bank Thursday signed an $80.5 million additional financing to help Sri Lanka access and distribute COVID-19 vaccines and to strengthen the country’s vaccination system and pandemic response.

Vaccination program in Kandy, Kurunegala and Ratnapura districts after Western Province
