(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe along with the Minister of Transport Arjuna Ranatunga deployed new luxury buses to Sri Lanka Transport Board yesterday at Shalika Ground in Narahenpita.
The new super luxury buses which were purchased from China for the Sri Lanka Transport Board will provide a quality transport service to the public. The Ministry of Transport plans to add 2000 new buses to the SLTB fleet to strengthen the state bus service.
State Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation Ashok Abeysinghe and Chairman of the Sri Lanka Transport Board Upali Marasinghe were also present at the event.
