(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) has sent letters to five SLFP Parliamentarians to show cause as to why disciplinary action should not be taken against them, SLFP General Secretary Dayasiri Jayasekera said.
The SLFP has sent letters to MPs S.B Dissanayake, Dilan Perera, A.H.M Fowzie, Laxman Yapa Abeywardena and Wijith Wijayamuni Zoysa.
The five SLFP MPs were appointed as SLFP National List MPs to Parliament.
The MPs have been asked to show cause within seven days as to why action should not be taken against them.
