(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –Swiss Embassy local staffer-Garnier Banister Francis- who claimed that she was allegedly abducted by unidentified men, arrived at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) this morning to give a statement on the alleged incident.
She was later taken to Judicial Medical Officer (JMO).
