(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –Three persons have died following an accident in Wellawaya today.
The Police said a woman is among the deceased.
The victims had died after the three wheeler they were travelling in had collided with a lorry.
The Police added that the accident had taken place in the Warunagama area on the Wellawaya- Monaragala main road.
