(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –A 24-hour hotline has been introduced for the public to make inquiries with regard to essential services.
The public have been informed to contact the hotline 1965 to inquire about essential services that are in operation during the islandwide travel ban.
An islandwide travel restriction has been enforced from 21st -25th May in a bid to curtail the third wave of the coronavirus rapidly spreading in Sri Lanka.
The Government has permitted only essential services to operate during this period.
