(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –Sri Lanka confirmed 39 deaths due to COVID-19 on Wednesday, June 02, 2021.
The Director General of Health Services Wednesday confirmed 39 deaths occurred from 17 May to 01 June due to Covid-19 virus infection. No COVID-19 deaths were reported Wednesday.
The total number of deaths due to Covid-19 infection in Sri Lanka is 1,566 by now.
