(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) – According to Epidemiology Unit of the Health Ministry, 2,248 new COVID-19 cases were reported so far on Saturday.
According to the Epidemiology Unit report at 8:45 pm Saturday, a total of 237,661 COVID-19 cases have been reported and 35,788 infected patients are being treated at hospitals, while 199,393 patients have fully recovered and been discharged from hospitals.
According to the Epidemiology Unit report, so far total of 2,430,811 people have received a first dose of COVID-19 vaccine and 787,007 have received the second dose.
