(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) – Former Senior Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Lalith Jayasinghe who is alleged to have concealed evidence of a shooting incident in Kahawatta, Ratnapura was arrested by the Police Special Inquiry Unit a short while ago.
Lalith Jayasinghe was summoned by the Special Inquiry Unit earlier today to record a statement on concealing evidence related to the fatal shooting which was committed by UPFA Ratnapura District Parliamentarian Premalal Jayasekara and a group of gangsters
