Adverse Weather: Death toll rises as extreme weather lashes, 8 dead, 38,040 affected

(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –A total of 38,040 persons have been affected due to the prevailing adverse weather conditions while 8 deaths have been reported so far, the Disaster Management Centre (DMC) reported.
