(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –The Court of Appeal has issued an Interim Injunction restraining Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and the Cabinet of Ministers functioning until the Writ Petition is heard.
Appeal Court also issued notices for the 49-member Cabinet, including Prime Minister Rajapaksa to appear before the Court on 12 December for the hearing of Petition.
