(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –The Additional Solicitor General, President’s Counsel Yasantha Kodagoda was sworn in as the new President of the Court of Appeal before President Maithripala Sirisena today (28) at the President’s official residence.
Secretary to the President Udaya Seneviratne was also present at the occasion.
The Constitutional Council on March 24 unanimously approved the President’s recommendation to appoint Additional Solicitor General Yasantha Kodagoda as the President of the Court of Appeal.
