(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –Mount Lavinia Police have arrested six Nigerian nationals who are in the country without a valid visa yesterday (28).
The Nigerians were staying in a two-rented two rooms of a house on the Watarappala Church road in Mount Lavinia
It has been revealed that they have entered the country on tourist visas and stayed at different places.
The police are investigating into the activities they have been involved in since their arrival in the island.
The suspects are to be produced before the Mount Lavinia Magistrate’s Court today.
Further investigations are being conducted by the Mount Lavinia police.
