(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –The Department of Registration of Persons said that National Identity Cards will be issued for 2019 G.C.E. Ordinary Level candidates, before September.
Approximately 90% of the applications have been received so far, and around 350,000 National Identity Cards are issued to ordinary students each year, said its Commissioner General, Viyani Gunatilake.
