(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –More than 51,000 people have been affected by the inclement weather, the Disaster Management Center (DMC) said.
According to the latest update from the Disaster Management Center , about 64,608 persons from 18,840 families have been affected due to the adverse weather conditions prevailing in the country.
A total of 17,766 flood victims are currently housed in 126 relief camps.
