(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) – Administrators of the Itukama COVID-19 Healthcare and Security Fund has decided to give Rs. 100 million from the fund for PCR testing conducted to identify coronavirus infected persons.
In addition, it has been decided to provide another Rs. 100 million from the fund to educate the public on the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, Director General of Health Services Dr. Anil Jasinghe said.
The Itukama COVID-19 Healthcare and Security Fund has reached Rs. 1213 million, the President’s Media Division said.
