(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) – The Election Commission announced today that a National Election Complaints Center has been established in the Second Floor of the Election Secretariat, Rajagiriya to receive complaints regarding the general election.
The Center will receive complaints regarding promotions or demotions of any party/group/candidate or any action causing hindrance to the conduct of free and fair election during the election period.
The complaints regarding violation of election laws may be forwarded to the following telephone/ fax/ Viber/ WhatsApp/ numbers and to the following e-mail/facebook of the National Election Complaints Center.
