(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –According to Epidemiology Unit of the Health Ministry, 774 new COVID-19 cases were reported so far on Monday.
Among the positive cases identified Monday are 764 associates of the Peliyagoda COVID-19 cluster and 10 are from the prison cluster.
According to the Epidemiology Unit report at 10 pm Monday, a total of 76,428 COVID-19 cases have been reported and 6,614 infected patients are being treated at hospitals. Another 664 individuals are currently suspected of infection and hospitalized.
Sri Lanka reported 6 deaths Monday raising the total to 403 and 69,411 patients have fully recovered and been discharged from hospitals.
