(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –According to Epidemiology Unit of the Health Ministry, 352 new COVID-19 cases were reported so far on Sunday.
Among the positive cases identified Sunday are 346 associates of the Peliyagoda COVID-19 cluster, 4 associates of prison cluster and 2 foreign arrivals.
According to the Epidemiology Unit report at 10:20 pm Sunday, a total of 83,242 COVID-19 cases have been reported and 3,824 infected patients are being treated at hospitals. Another 379 individuals are currently under investigations in hospitals.
Sri Lanka reported seven deaths on Sunday raising the total to 471 and 78,947 patients have fully recovered and been discharged from hospitals.
