(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) –According to Epidemiology Unit of the Health Ministry, 356 new COVID-19 cases were reported so far on Wednesday.
Among the positive cases identified Wednesday are 335 associates of the Peliyagoda COVID-19 cluster, and 21 foreign arrivals.
According to the Epidemiology Unit report at 10 pm Wednesday, a total of 84,226 COVID-19 cases have been reported and 3,305 infected patients are being treated at hospitals. Another 527 individuals are currently under investigations in hospitals.
Sri Lanka reported one death on Wednesday raising the total to 484 and 80,437 patients have fully recovered and been discharged from hospitals.
