(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) – According to Epidemiology Unit of the Health Ministry, 331 new COVID-19 cases were reported so far on Monday.
Among the positive cases identified Monday, 225 are associates of the Peliyagoda COVID-19 cluster, 23 of the prison cluster and 83 are foreign arrivals.
According to the Epidemiology Unit report at 10 pm Monday, a total of 88,238 COVID-19 cases have been reported and 2,737 infected patients are being treated at hospitals.
Sri Lanka reported five deaths on Monday raising the total to 532 and 84,969 patients have fully recovered and been discharged from hospitals.
