(COLOMBO, LANKAPUVATH) – Police Narcotics Bureau arrested two persons with one kilogram and 5g of crystal methamphetamine (ice) in a raid carried out in the Dam Street area in Colombo yesterday (15).
The street value of the seized drugs is close to Rs. 10 million, police said.
The suspects, aged 29 and 37, are residents of Colombo 02 and Colombo 12. They are due to be produced at the Hulftsdorp Magistrate’s Court today (16).
