(LANKAPUVATH | COLOMBO) – Lanka IOC (LIOC), the subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation in Sri Lanka and the competitor to the state-run fuel distributor Ceylon Petroleum Corporation has decided to increase its fuel prices from midnight Sunday (06).
Accordingly the price of 92 octane petrol has been increased by Rs. 07 per liter.
After the price revision, the price of 92 octane petrol sold through Lanka IOC filling stations will be Rs. 184 per liter.
LIOC has increased the price of 95 octane petrol by Rs. 03 per liter and the new price is Rs. 213. Also, a liter of diesel has been increased by Rs. 3 from midnight today and the new price of a liter of diesel is Rs. 124.
