As Sri Lanka Air Force celebrated its 71st Anniversary, the‘GuwanHamudaPapediSawariya2022’ commemoratedits 23rd edition, bringing together the country’s top cyclists.

The three-day men’s event was held from 4-6 March, covering 411 kms and a special women’s cycling event was also organised on 6th of March, coinciding with the World Women’s Day which falls on 8th march with a total distance of 99.6 kms. An awards ceremony was held to celebrate the winners and recognise the contestants. SLT-MOBITEL also honoured the achievements and persistence of women participants and their contribution to the sporting realm.
