(LANKAPUVATH | COLOMBO) – The Chairman of Litro Gas Lanka Company said that steps have been taken to reduce the price of Litro gas with effect from midnight today (Jan 05).
Accordingly, the price of a 12.5 kg Litro gas cylinder has been reduced by Rs. 201 and the new price is Rs. 4,409.
Price of a 5 kg gas cylinder is reduced by Rs. 80 and the new price is Rs. 1,770.
Meanwhile, the price of a 2.3 kg Litro gas cylinder has been reduced by 38 rupees and the new price is Rs. 822.
The Litro Company has taken the decision to reduce prices after taking into account the price drop in the world market. The prices are revised on the 5th of every month according to the recently introduced pricing formula.
