SriLankan Airlines Reaffirms Commitment to Pakistan with Fourth Weekly Lahore Flight

(LANKAPUVATH | COLOMBO) – SriLankan Airlines has reaffirmed its commitment to Pakistan by launching a fourth weekly flightbetween Colombo and Lahore effective 31 October 2023, connecting the two cities every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with the new addition.

SriLankan Airlines also operates four times a week to Karachi, and is the only foreign airline in the Indian Subcontinent to cover Pakistan’s two biggest cities in its network and offer direct services between Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

The frequency boostgenerates a 20 per cent rise in capacityon the route for an average total of about 900 seats between Colombo and Lahore every week, delivering greater flight options, connectionsand convenience to customers in Pakistan. SriLankan Airlines’ service to Lahore will be operated by a combination of Airbus A320, A321 and A330aircraft, and served with a touch of the hospitality and warmth that the airline is famous for.
