(LANKAPUVATH | COLOMBO) – The swearing-in ceremony for the new Cabinet, including the Prime Minister, is scheduled to take place today (Sep. 24).
The new Cabinet is to consist of four ministers.
General Secretary of the National People’s Power (NPP) – Dr. Nihal Abeysinghe has announced that MP Lakshman Nipunarachchi, who was recently gazetted as a new MP, will also be sworn in as a new Cabinet Minister today.
Dr. Abeysinghe has added that new Ministry Secretaries will also be appointed today.
