Amnesty period for unregistered Lankan migrant workers in Lebanon

(LANKAPUVATH | COLOMBO) – Sri Lankans who have traveled to Lebanon for employment without registering with the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) have been granted an amnesty until January 08, 2025. This initiative allows unregistered migrant workers to rectify their status by registering at the Sri Lankan Embassy in Lebanon.
