(LANKAPUVATH | CAMBODIA) – Cambodia’s main coastal city (Sihanoukville) had witnessed a huge influx of Chinese investment and constructions during 2015 and 16, which drove the city’s boom with new apartment buildings and casinos, but this boom stopped in 2019, when more than 100,000 citizens returned.
