(LANKAPUVATH | COLOMBO) – Sri Lankan cricketer Danushka Gunathilaka, who is accused of sexually assaulting a woman, has filed his second bail application in the New South Wales Supreme Court.
The 31-year old cricketer was arrested on November 6th on charges of sexually assaulting a woman and his first bail application was rejected by the Sydney Magistrate’s Court on November 7.
The second bail application of Mr. Danushka Gunathilaka is scheduled to be heard in the New South Wales Supreme Court on the 8th of December.
