(LANKAPUVATH | COLOMBO) – State Minister of Finance Ranjith Siyambalapitiya says that the 2024 budget proposals will be presented to Parliament on November 13.
Accordingly, President Ranil Wickremesinghe as the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization & National Policies will deliver the opening speech of the Second Reading of the Appropriation Bill to Parliament on November 13th.
The debate on the Second Reading of the Appropriation Bill will begin on November 14th and continue until the 21st and the vote on the Second Reading will be held on November 21st.
The voting for the third reading of the Appropriation Bill will be held on December 13.
